Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic LinkedIn content plans while fostering community engagement.
- Create and manage content across various platforms including X (formerly Twitter), BlueSky, and Instagram.
- Design and execute compelling email newsletter initiatives.
- Establish and oversee email drip campaigns aimed at nurturing leads.
- Analyze, monitor, and report on social media metrics and audience expansion.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in B2B social media management, especially on LinkedIn.
- Exceptional writing abilities and expertise in content development.
- Proficient in creating thought leadership content and simplifying technical concepts for social media audiences.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and platform best practices.
- Skilled in social media analytics and tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Capable of basic image and video editing.
- Outstanding organizational skills for managing content calendars.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, particularly in the B2B sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Sprout Social and additional social platforms is a plus.
